| 【】 目的:评估盐酸奥洛他定片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗中重度老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法:将选入的60例患者分为两组,各组30例。治疗组口服盐酸奥洛他定联合润燥止痒胶囊,对照组口服奥洛他定,治疗2周后对比疗效。结果:治疗两周后,治疗组瘙痒NRS评分和12-PSS评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:盐酸奥洛他定片联合润燥止痒胶囊能够有效而安全的治疗中重度老年性皮肤瘙痒症。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Olopatadine hydrochloride tablet combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsule in treatment of moderate to severe chronic pruritis in the elderly.Methods:60 patients were randomly divded into two groups,30 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with Olopatadine hydrochloride tablet combined with Runzaozhiyang capsule,control group was treated with Olopatadine hydrochloride tablet.The clinical effects were compared after two weeks of treatment.Results: After two weeks of treatment, the NRS score and 12-PSS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion: Oral administration of Olopatadine hydrochloride tablet combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsule can effectively and safety treat moderate to severe chronic pruritis in the elderly. |
