| 脾为后天之本,气血生化之源,脾的盈亏决定了脾运化精微、荣养脏腑机体的能力,痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(PDPN)是气血阴阳精微不能濡养肢体经络导致的慢性疼痛,其病因病机主要是脾的气血阴阳渐虚,脾的功能失调,致精微不散、机体不荣以及痰瘀内生、经络不通,虚实相合,荣通不得,痹由所生。治疗上应注重健脾补虚,佐以祛痰泄浊、活血化瘀。从脾论治PDPN,准确辨证虚实,灵活运用通补之法选方遣药,可对该病的病因病机有进一步认识,并对探寻中医药治疗具有启发意义。 |
