| 目的：观察肩六针配合神经肌肉电刺激对中风后肩痛的治疗作用。方法：以抛硬币法将114例于2022年7月~2023年6月罗源县医院诊治的中风后肩痛患者随机分组，对照组57例，予以神经肌肉电刺激治疗，试验组57例，予以肩六针配合神经肌肉电刺激治疗，比较两组治疗4周后临床疗效，病情程度，上肢运动功能及治疗安全性。结果：治疗后，总有效率试验组（92.98%）较对照组（78.95%）高，视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分试验组较对照组低，Constant-Murley肩关节功能障碍量表（CMS）评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表上肢部分（FMA-UE）评分及Brunnstrom运动恢复分级量表（BMR）评分试验组较对照组高，上述差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率试验组（8.77%）与对照组（5.26%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：肩六针配合神经肌肉电刺激治疗中风后肩痛效果确切，可改善病情，促进上肢运动功能恢复，且安全性良好。 |

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of six shoulder acupuncture combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on shoulder pain after stroke. Methods: A total of 114 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain diagnosed and treated in Luoyuan County Hospital from July 2022 ~ June 2023 were randomized by coin toss, 57 cases in the control group were treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and 57 cases in the experimental group were treated with six shoulder injections combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and the clinical efficacy, disease severity, upper limb motor function and treatment safety of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group (92.98%) was higher than that of the control group (78.95%), the visual analogue scoring (VAS) score was lower than that of the control group, and the score of Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Dysfunction Scale (CMS), Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale Upper Limb Part (FMA-UE) and Brunnstrom Motor Recovery Rating Scale (BMR) was higher than that of the control group. The above differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group (8.77%) and the control group (5.26%) (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of six shoulder acupuncture combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke is certain, which can improve the condition and promote the recovery of upper limb motor function, and has good safety. |
