| 【摘要】 目的：观察中药穴位贴敷配合膳食干预对输尿管结石术后便秘的预防价值。方法：对98例于2023年1月~2024年1月宜兴市中医医院收治的输尿管结石患者进行随机分组，对照组、试验组各49例，两组均接受输尿管镜碎石取石手术治疗，对照组术后予以膳食干预，试验组在对照组基础上，实施中药穴位贴敷。比较两组术后大便情况、粪便性状及术后便秘发生情况。结果：试验组术后首次大便时间、大便间隔时间与对照组比较，明显更短，术后7d大便次数与对照组比较，明显更多；试验组术后3d、术后7d的Bristol粪便性状分类法（BSFS）评分与对照组比较，明显更高；试验组术后便秘发生率为6.12%（3/49），与对照组的20.41%（10/49）比较，明显更低。以上指标差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药穴位贴敷配合膳食干预能促进输尿管结石患者术后排便，改善粪便性状，对术后便秘有积极预防作用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the value of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with dietary intervention in the prevention of constipation after ureteral calculus. Methods: A total of 98 patients with ureteral stones admitted to Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 ~ January 2024 were randomized, 49 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the experimental group. The postoperative stool, stool constitution and postoperative constipation were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the time of first stool and the interval between stools in the experimental group were significantly shorter, and the number of stools on the 7th day after surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group, the Bristol stool trait classification (BSFS) score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 days and 7 days after surgery, and the incidence of constipation in the experimental group was 6.12% (3/49), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.41% (10/49). The differences in the above indexes were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with dietary intervention can promote postoperative defecation and improve stool quality in patients with ureteral calculus, which has a positive preventive effect on postoperative constipation. |
