| 目的：探讨腕踝针联合中药熏蒸治疗慢性腰腿痛患者的疗效。方法：选择2021年1月到2022年6月于本院诊治的80例慢性腰腿痛患者为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组予美洛昔康口服,联合组在对照组的基础上加用腕踝针联合中药熏蒸,比较两组患者的临床疗效,采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、整体疼痛评估量表(GPS)、生活质量调查表(SF-36)评估关节部位疼痛、整体综合疼痛及生活质量,于治疗结束后半年进行随访,统计两组患者的复发率。结果：研究组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗前两组患者的VAS评分、GPS评分、SF-36中部分指标比较大体一致(P＞0.05),治疗后两组的VAS评分、GPS评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组明显低于照组(P＜0.05),治疗后SF-36中部分指标评分均较治疗前高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗过程中两组均无不良反应发生,研究组治疗后复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在慢性腰腿痛患者的治疗中,运用腕踝针联合中药熏蒸具有良好效果,不仅能缓解患者腰腿疼痛的症状,还能提高患者的生活水平,治疗过程安全,复发率低。 |

| Objective: To explore the curative effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with chronic low back pain. Methods: 80 patients with chronic low back pain diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January, 2021 to June, 2022 were selected as the research object, and divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given meloxicam orally, while the combined group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the visual analogue scale (VAS), global pain assessment scale (GPS) and quality of life questionnaire (SF) were used. Results: The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the VAS score, GPS score and some indexes in SF-36 of the two groups were generally consistent (P > 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and GPS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, some indexes in SF-36 were scored. Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with chronic low back and leg pain, wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a good effect, which can not only relieve the symptoms of patients with low back and leg pain, but also improve their living standards. The treatment process is safe and the recurrence rate is low. |
