| 目的 探究黄芩苷辅助治疗青光眼的效果及对视力和眼压的影响。方法：回顾性分析2021年2月~2023年7月在我院治疗的72例青光眼患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法分组,观察组36例(36眼)予以黄芩苷+布林佐胺滴眼液治疗,对照组36例(36眼)予以布林佐胺滴眼液治疗。均连续治疗4周,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后视力、眼压、眼血流动力学参数的变化。结果 观察组效果显著高于对照组,(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组眼压显著低于对照组,矫正视力显著高于对照组,(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组视野平均缺损显著低于对照组,光敏感度显著高于对照组,(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组患眼CRA的PSV、EDV显著高于对照组,RI显著低于对照组,(P＜0.05)。结论 黄芩苷辅助治疗青光眼可取得更为满意的治疗效果,可改善眼血流动力学参数,有助于降低眼压,提高矫正视力。 |

| Objective To explore the effectiveness of baicalin as an adjuvant therapy for glaucoma and its impact on vision and intraocular pressure. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 glaucoma patients treated in our hospital from February 2021 to July 2023. According to the treatment method, 36 cases (36 eyes) in the observation group were treated with baicalin and bleomycin eye drops, while 36 cases (36 eyes) in the control group were treated with bleomycin eye drops. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks, and the clinical efficacy and changes in visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and ocular hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the corrected visual acuity was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the average visual field defect in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the photosensitivity was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PSV and EDV of CRA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the RI was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Baicalin as an adjuvant therapy for glaucoma can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effects, improve eye hemodynamic parameters, help reduce intraocular pressure, and improve corrected vision. |
