| 【】目的:观察消肿散洗剂不同熏洗方法对混合痔外剥内扎术术后并发症疗效的影响。方法:将80例行混合痔外剥内扎术的患者随机分为两组:试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组:先熏5min,待水温降至40℃再坐浴5min；对照组:待水温40℃直接坐浴5min。疗程7 d。观察治疗后两组在疼痛、水肿方面的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率92.1%,对照组有效率79.4%。两组经等级秩和检验,Z值为3.660,P<0.01,两组临床有统计学差异。治疗组在疼痛、水肿的缓解情况明显优于对照组。结论:先熏再坐浴对混合痔术后并发症的缓解显著,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective:The effect of different fumigation methods of swelling and washing agent on the postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids external stripping and ligation was observed.Methods:Eighty patients with mixed external hemorrhoids stripping and ligation were randomly divided into two groups: test group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. Test group: smoke for 5min, then the water temperature drops to 40℃ for 5min; control group: the water temperature is 40℃ for 5min. The course of treatment is 7 d. The curative effect of the two groups in terms of pain and edema was observed.Results:The effective rate was 92.1% in the treatment group and 79.4% in the control group. Two groups by rank rank sum test, a Z value of 3.660, P <0.01, a statistical clinical difference between the two groups. The treatment group was significantly better in the relief of pain and edema than the control group.Conclusion:First smoking and then sitz bath can significantly relieve the complications of patients after mixed |
