| 目的 观察芪苓消水方外敷联合艾灸治疗癌性腹水脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年6月济南市中医医院收治的68例癌性腹水脾肾阳虚证患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组34例采用西医常规治疗,观察组34例在对照组基础上加用芪苓消水方外敷联合艾灸治疗。2周疗程后,比较两组患者的中医证候评分、腹围、每日尿量均数、腹水最大深度、卡氏(KPS)评分及安全性指标。结果 治疗2周后,观察组中医证候评分改善程度优于对照组,治疗总有效率(88.24％)高于对照组(55.88％)(P＜0.05)；两组的腹围、腹水最大深度较治疗前均减少,观察组较对照组减少更明显(P＜0.05)；两组患者的每日尿量均数、KPS评分较治疗前均提高,观察组较对照组提高更明显(P＜0.05)；两组在安全性方面无明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论 芪苓消水方外敷联合艾灸治疗癌性腹水脾肾阳虚证的疗效确切,有助于减少腹水,改善患者生存质量,且安全性高。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Qiling Xiaoshui Formula combined with moxibustion in the treatment of cancerous ascites with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Method:68 patients with cancerous ascites of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome admitted to Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method. The control group (34 cases) received routine Western medicine treatment, while the observation group (34 cases) received external application of Qiling Xiaoshui Formula combined with moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.After a 2-week course of treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, abdominal circumference, average daily urine output, maximum depth of ascites, KPS scores, and safety indicators were compared between the two groups of patients. Result:After 2 weeks of treatment, the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment (88.24%) was higher than that in the control group (55.88%) (P<0.05); The abdominal circumference and maximum depth of ascites in both groups decreased compared to before treatment, and the observation group showed a more significant decrease compared to the control group (P<0.05); The average daily urine volume and KPS score of both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment, and the observation group showed a more significant improvement compared to the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The combination of external application of Qiling Xiaoshui Formula and moxibustion has a definite therapeutic effect on the spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome of cancerous ascites, which helps to reduce ascites, improve patients" quality of life, and has high safety. |
