胃癌(GC)是我国恶性肿瘤中发病率排名第四位、死亡率第三位的恶性肿瘤,对人民的健康构成了极大的威胁,GC的病因及发病机制尚不完全清楚。肠道菌群是人体中相互作用、构成复杂的微生物生态系统,每个人有独立的微生物群,具有巨大的微生物多样性,参与宿主的生长发育、新陈代谢、免疫调节等各种功能,越来越多研究表明,肠道菌群对人的健康和疾病都有作用,尤其对消化道肿瘤的发病、进展、治疗及预防有关,目前研究发现肠道菌群失调可通过基因组学、代谢组学和蛋白质组学的整合而影响GC的进展,也对化疗、放疗以及围手术期等治疗中发挥重要作用。本文就肠道菌群在GC发生、发展中的作用及其临床上诊断治疗中的应用进行综述。 |

Gastric cancer (GC) is the fourth most common malignant tumour in China in terms of incidence and third in terms of mortality, posing a great threat to people"s health. The etiology and pathogenesis of GC are not yet fully understood.The intestinal flora is a complex microbial ecosystem that interacts and constitutes a complex microbial ecosystem in the human body. Each individual has a separate microbiota with a huge microbial diversity that is involved in various functions such as growth and development, metabolism and immune regulation of the host.A growing body of research has shown that intestinal flora has a role to play in both human health and disease, and is particularly relevant to the development, progression, treatment and prevention of digestive tract tumours.Current research has found that dysbiosis of the intestinal flora can influence the progression of GC through the integration of genomics, metabolomics and proteomics, and also plays an important role in the treatment of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and the perioperative period.This article provides a review of the role of gut flora in the occurrence and development of GC and its clinical application in diagnosis and treatment. |
