| 目的 探究虚汗停颗粒联合西医基础疗法治疗儿童气阴两虚型慢性咳嗽的临床安全性和有效性。方法 纳入中医辨证为气阴两虚证的慢性咳嗽患儿100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组51例，对照组49例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合使用虚汗停颗粒，治疗周期为3周。比较2组患儿治疗前后的中医证候积分和总有效率。结果 经3周治疗后，观察组的主症积分和兼症积分（多汗、倦怠乏力、口干口渴、睡眠减少）均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 虚汗停颗粒联合西医基础疗法治疗儿童气阴两虚型慢性咳嗽可显著缓解患儿咳嗽症状，并改善多汗、倦怠乏力、口干口渴和睡眠减少等全身症状，临床疗效确切。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical safety and effectiveness of Xuhanting granule combined with Western basic therapy in the treatment of chronic cough with Qi-yin deficiency in children.Methods 100 children with chronic cough were randomly divided into observation group and control group, including 51 cases in observation group and 49 cases in control group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Fuhanting granule on the basis of the control group. The treatment cycle was 3 weeks.The TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 3 weeks of treatment, the scores of main symptoms and concurrent symptoms (hyperhidrosis, fatigue and fatigue, dry mouth and thirst, sleep reduction) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Xuhanting Granule combined with Western medicine basic therapy can significantly relieve the cough symptoms of children with Qi-Yin deficiency chronic cough, and improve the systemic symptoms of hyperhidrosis, fatigue and fatigue, dry mouth and thirst, and reduced sleep. |
