| 目的：观察眼针治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残余头晕的疗效。方法：收集已确诊的良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者100例，经手法复位治疗后筛选出残余头晕患者57例，对照组27例，观察组30例，分别采用常规药物治疗、常规药物联合眼针治疗，疗程均为1周，比较两组疗效及心理睡眠评分变化情况。结果：观察组比对照组总有效率更高（P＜0.05）；药物联合眼针治疗后DHI评分下降更明显（P＜0.01）；两组治疗后HAMD、PSQI评分差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而HAMA评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：眼针治疗可显著改善良性阵发性位置性眩晕残余头晕症状，对心理、睡眠障碍也有改善作用，从而提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective:To observe the efficacy of eye acupuncture in treating residual dizziness after canalith repositioning maneuvers in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed with BPPV were enrolled. After canalith repositioning maneuvers, 57 patients with residual dizziness were selected and divided into a control group (n=27) and an observation group (n=30). The control group received conventional drug therapy, while the observation group received conventional drug therapy combined with eye acupuncture. The treatment course for both groups was one week. The therapeutic efficacy and changes in psychological and sleep scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) score decreased more significantly after drug therapy combined with eye acupuncture (P < 0.01). After treatment, the differences in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05), while the difference in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion:Eye acupuncture can significantly improve residual dizziness symptoms in patients with BPPV after repositioning maneuvers, and also has a positive effect on psychological and sleep disturbances, thereby enhancing patients'' quality of life. |
