| 目的 观察定喘化痰汤联合穴位贴敷治疗寒饮伏肺型支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对肺功能、炎症因子水平的影响。方法 将66例寒饮伏肺型支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各33例。对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用定喘化痰汤联合穴位贴敷,疗程8周。最终完成62例,其中对照组32例,治疗组30例。比较两组治疗前后肺功能、血清IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ、IgE水平、中医证候积分、ACT评分及不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组肺功能均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组。两组IL-4、IL-5及IgE水平均下降,治疗组下降更明显；治疗组IFN-γ升高,对照组未见同向改善。两组中医证候积分下降、ACT评分升高,治疗组改善更明显。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论 定喘化痰汤联合穴位贴敷可改善寒饮伏肺型支气管哮喘患者肺功能、炎症因子水平及临床症状,安全性较好。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dingchuan Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of bronchial asthma with the syndrome of cold-fluid retained in the lung, and its effects on pulmonary function and inflammatory factor levels. Methods Sixty-six patients with bronchial asthma of the cold-fluid retained in the lung syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Dingchuan Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control treatment for 8 weeks. A total of 62 patients completed the study, including 32 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group. Pulmonary function, serum levels of IL-4, IL-5, IFN-γ, and IgE, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, ACT scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, pulmonary function in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. Serum IL-4, IL-5, and IgE levels decreased in both groups, with greater reductions in the treatment group. IFN-γ increased in the treatment group, whereas no corresponding improvement was observed in the control group. TCM syndrome scores decreased and ACT scores increased in both groups, with greater improvement in the treatment group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group. Conclusion Dingchuan Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint application can improve pulmonary function, inflammatory factor levels, and clinical symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma of the cold-fluid retained in the lung syndrome, with good safety. |
