| 目的 观察双石通淋胶囊对肾输尿管结石术后残石的排石作用及其对残石相关并发症的治疗效果,并与尿石通丸进行疗效比较。方法 选择行肾输尿管结石碎石手术且术后2周复查有残石(4?10mm)的患者30例,按照2:1的比例随机分为观察组20例、对照组10例。两组分别口服双石通淋胶囊与尿石通丸。治疗2周、8周复查B超、CT。结果 观察组18例、对照组8例均完成治疗及随访。治疗2周后观察组与对照组残石排净率未见明显统计学差异(50%vs30%,p=0.683)；治疗8周,观察组与对照组的残石排净率、残石排出有效率未见明显统计学差异(p＞0.05),两组组内治疗前后VAS评分变化、尿液细菌计数、尿红细胞计数、尿白细胞计数变化均有统计学差异(p<0.05),两组不良反应发生率无明显统计学差异(p＞0.05)。结论 双石通淋胶囊治疗肾输尿管术后残石及残石并发症安全有效,双石通淋胶囊与尿石通丸排石作用无统计学差异。 |

| Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of ShuangShi TongLin Capsules in the treatment of residual stones and residual stone complications after surgery. Compare the difference in the therapeutic effect of stone-removal between ShuangShi TongLin Capsules and Niaoshitong pill.Methods? 30 patients with renal or ureter stone who had residual stones two week after surgery were selected, and were randomly divided into 20 cases in the observation group and 10 cases in the control group according to a ratio of 2:1. The two groups were oralling ShuangShi-TongLin capsules and Niaoshitong pills respectively. Following-up B-ultrasound and CT at 2 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. Results 18 cases in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group completed treatment and follow-up. There was no significant statistical difference following 2 weeks, treatment in the stone-free rate of the observation group and the control group (50% vs30%, p=0.683); after 8 weeks, treatment, there was no significant statistical difference in the stone-free rate and efficiency rate of the two groups (p>0.05). There was significant statistical difference in the changes in VAS score, urine bacterial count, urine red blood cell count and urine white blood cell count before and after treatment in the two groups (p<0.05);there was no significant statistical difference in the rate of adverse effects in the two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion ShuangShi TongLin Capsules is safe and effective in the treatment of residual stones and residual stone complications after surgery. There is no significant difference in the removal of stones between ShuangShi TongLin Capsule and Niaoshitong pills. |
